Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent is responsible for generating new business opportunities for the company and managing existing customers.
Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
To achieve sales KPI, sales target assigned by company.
Organizing sales visits & secure appointment with the necessary decision maker.
Conduct assessments to understand new client business requirement.
Build value proposition through sales presentation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Confidence in engaging customers and making a sale.
Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
Responsible for following up the customer life cycle, managing the development, changes, and loss of customers.
Provide a diagnosis plan according to the actual situation of the customer and follow up and implement it.
Coordinate to solve problems in the operation process.
Manage customer issues, risks, and changes.
Understand industry trends, be familiar with classic marketing cases in the same industry and other industries and be able to share and learn experience in time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2-3 year of relevant experience in courier service, logistics & freight forwarding industry. Proven Sales record is essential.
Must be self-motivated to find new customers and establish close relationships with customers and potential customers to generate new business opportunities for the company.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and candidate who is fluent in Mandarin highly welcomed.
Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and presentation skills.
Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and execute to completion in a timely manner.
Able to work independently, self-driven and result oriented.
Street smart with good interpersonal and rapport building skills to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
Great networking skills.
Fast learner and quick thinker.
Must possess own transport.
Salary
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Salary range RM3,000 – RM5000.
