Develop project plans, such as Gantt Charts, Project Initiation Documents, etc.
Ensure Agile leadership are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability, and visibility.
To be able to create UML diagrams and other project governance related documentation.
Manage and monitor day-to-day project activities and provide direction to team members and supporting organisations.
Manage and monitor project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions and/or escalation to appropriate supporting stakeholders for attention.
Presentation of project matters to stakeholders and recording of minutes of the meeting.
Disseminate project information and maintain communication.
Develop, distribute and present project performance reports to stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Studies/ Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT related field with willingness take up leadership role in a project team.
Experience in SDLC cycle in mobile or web development projects.
Understand SCRUM.
Excellent grasp of English Language (both writing and speaking).
Strong leadership, presentation and writing skills and preferably with experience in the development of project-related documentation (e.g., project proposals, etc).
A team player with good communication and negotiation skills, and able to work well at various levels with internal service providers and external customers.
Proactive personality with interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to external customers and internal service providers.
Our clients are from the US, therefore candidate should be willing to attend meetings in different time zones.
