JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, execute and manage end-to-end brand & marketing strategies for the company.
• Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
• Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
• Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
• Develop cost-effective marketing strategies and work within the budget given for all marketing activities.
• Management of social media (FB, IG, Twitter, Youtube, Tik TokContent) - strategy, content direction, content creation, copywriting, uploading & effectiveness measurement.
• Planning, executing & measuring impact of paid ads in Google and Social Media.
• Keep track of marketing performance and return on investment (ROI), and prepare marketing reports for management.
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of competitors’ products and industry needs, and be able to undertake market research to identify market opportunities and challenges in order to improve product marketability and profitability.
• Develop and maintain effective communication and good relationships with clients, media buyers, advertising agencies, suppliers, and internal parties.
• Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception till implementation process of assigned marketing activities.
• Able to contribute and develop effective marketing plan and strategies in order to achieve sales target by actively participating in group discussions, provide constructive and creative ideas.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a marketing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
