JOB DESCRIPTION
General ledger
- Process journal entries & check supporting documents
- Process allocations
- Perform reconciliations (including intercompany)
- Close general ledger
- Support queries
Month end reporting
- Prepare & distribute reporting
- Prepare notes to the financials
Reporting and other general duties
- Operate the shared service ticketing and other platforms to create, monitor and manage ticket handling for service request submitted to the RBS for completion
- Generate monthly reporting schedule and support audit activities
- Support the onboarding of staff
- Support the Team Lead in monitoring and tracking performance targets
- Participate in service improvement and initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance (or any other related fields)
- Knowledge in IFRS / MFRS / other local regulations
- 3-4 years of experience in finance related functions
- Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level) and across function
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
- Detail-oriented and reliable
