JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent is responsible for day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources.
- Manage payroll processing and provide end-to-end support on payroll related issues and matters.
- Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions (eg. EPF, Socso, Income Tax and other acts relevant to payroll and payroll audit)
- Process payroll using payroll system and ensure timely payroll completion.
- Maintain and update employees’ personal information in employee file and payroll system.
- Monitor and process staff movement such as probation, confirmation, transfer, salary adjustment, resignation, termination etc.
- Preparation of HR related letters (Offer letter, confirmation, promotion, acceptance of resignation & etc)
- Prepare monthly expenses claim report.
- Prepare monthly payroll summary report.
- Commission calculation.
- Assist in coordinate external and internal training courses and follow up with all HRDF related matters, keep all training and development records updated.
- Plan, implement and participating in training and development and employee welfare.
- Prepare employee personal file and ensure all required documents is submitted.
- Record employee’s leave application and ensure the employee leave is well-maintained.
- Maintain all hard and soft copy files and records in a systematic filing system for easy reference and retrieval.
- Liaise and support all departments on any HR and administrative matters.
- To manage General insurance of all companies – Fire, Burglary, Flood, Money, Public Liability, Group PA.
- Responsible for job advertising and posting via multiple job portals and social media platform.
- Performance management process e.g. monitor staff confirmation and performance appraisal.
- Other ad-hoc assignment assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management.
- At least 2 years related working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Experience in monthly payroll processing.
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Good communication and written in English.
- Proficient in both written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport.
Working Hours Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday) Saturday & Sunday: Rest Day Work from Home when needed.
Compensation Salary
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
- Salary range RM2,500 – RM2,700.00
- Phone Allowance: RM100.
- Parking Allowance: RM100.
