JOB DESCRIPTION

• Accountable for company’s payroll in timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain proper records related to Human Resources, inclusive of allowance, overtime and payroll processing.
• Ensure statutory payments are prepared and submitted on time.
• Assist with payroll calculations/ matters relative to the agreement.
• Assist in preparing monthly Human Resources report and Bank Negara Malaysia reports.
• Attend to staff queries relation to all HR matters.
• Ensure all staff information/movements are entered in timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with Head of Departments.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Preferably with background or related experience in HR.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to communicate in multiple language (English, Chinese, BM)
• Preference will be given to those who are able to start work immediately.
