JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operation Supervisor must oversee and manage the whole operations of Outlet.
• Managing staff attendance.
• Scheduling manpower – to ensure enough coverage.
• Delegate task – priorities on fast moving item.
• Update and checking pricing. Ensure price is correct at display and systems.
• To checking pop card and shelve tag.
• To ensure outlet are in goods and safe conditions and all equipment / machinery are working.
• Hygiene and cleanliness are always main concern especially at Fresh / Poultry area.
• Do ordering forecast quantity for next delivery and follow up if no show according to delivery date (before 3.00 pm)
• To checking quantity and expiry date – practice FIFO (first in first out)
• To update daily disposal with photo to PIC.
• Do more checking quality / expiry and top up stock – floor walk.
• To ensure cold room store is neat and organized.
• To manage record books ; outlet usage records, outlet petty cash expenses records, outlet disposal records, outlet products receiving records.
• Balancing of cashier sales monies especially cash, always do pick up if notes in till more than RM 1000.00.
• Bank – in daily cash two (2) times per day.
• Do information and feedback survey with customer especially on quality and quantity.
• To updates all information received from HQ to other colleague using all channel of communication and ensure it is clear and precise – no misleading.
• To organize morning briefing and monthly meeting to get an update from staff.
• To handle customer complaint.
• To achieve monthly revenue / sales target.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years related working experiences will be advantages.
• Able to work on shift basis and weekends.
• Committed and Responsible.
