Assisting all other chef to ensure that the designated station is properly set up and operating as schedule,
Effectively dealing with any operational issues that may arise ensuring standards are not affected,
Ensuring the highest standards of production by carrying out “spot checks” of portions and presentation of all food items, taking corrective action when needed,
Minimizing food waste by properly storing unused foods,
Guaranteeing safety, hygiene and sanitation practices are present at all times, safe storing of raw materials, maintaining cleanliness of all areas, etc,
Assuring the adherence to Health and Safety guidelines in terms of food quality, preparation recipes, presentation at all times,

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM
Fresh graduate in Food /Beverage had advantage
At least 1 year working experience in F&B area
Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekend and public holidays
