Perform ICT project operations support services to ensure business-as-usual within the cost allocated.
Provide timely operations support monthly report to Director of Project Delivery (DPD) for analysis and provide recommendation for future improvement when needed.
Work closely with multi-unit project team members to ensure business-as-usual and according to Level One (1) Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Provide prompt and regular coordination for Level Two (2) and Three (3) incident escalation to project team members and appointed vendors.
Provide support assistance to State Disaster Management Centralized Operations Centre when needed.
Provide support assistance to Smart Selangor programs or events when needed.
Practicing Agile Methodology throughout the project operations support services.
Improvise both technical and communication skills and knowledge through formal training or on-the-job training.
Establish good working relationships with other Departments or Units in the company, and relevant stakeholders from State / Agencies / Local Authorities / Communities.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Business Administration / Public Administration / Information Technology / Computer Science / Accounting / Finance / Electrical or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year working experience in ICT project implementation and/or operations support services.
Good knowledge in project methodology, project operations support services and change management processes.
Possess good written and pleasant verbal communication skills.
Possess good understanding of Smart Selangor products.
Demonstrate responsible and honest behavior.
Positive attitude and good team player.
Able to work on shift or long hours when needed.
Able to start work within short notice and living in Petaling District is an advantage but not a mandatory.
