JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To get GRN from DC in 3 days after goods arrived at DC.
  • To coordinate & get allocation with buyers/DC.
  • To pay vendors in 10 days after goods arrived at DC.
  • To request CN/DN on goods shortage/extra received.
  • To issue complaints notification to vendor on goods shortages/extra received.
  • To submit invoice (DN/CN if any), GRN, custom K1 form if any, to finance dept.
  • To follow up on Finance dept./ vendors on confirmation of payment paid/received.
  • To check and update PIR.
  • To issue PO.
  • To follow up on GRN with warehouse.
  • To get allocation from buyer.
  • To ensure buyer to follow up on shipment issue.
  • Send allocation to SCM.
  • Subsequently email copy of PO to DC.
  • Prepare PO short & extra received item as physical received.
  • Follow up approval of PO once created.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • SPM/ Diploma Holder.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Data entry.
  • Negotiation skill.
  • Language- Malay/ English.
  • Time management.
  • Work as a team.
  • Fresh graduate/ 0-1 working experience.
