JOB DESCRIPTION
We welcome those with enthusiasm and passion in stepping into social entertainment industry. Our business development specialists play important role in expanding and grow business by hiring more live streamers or influencers to ensure variety of contents. Thus, bring awareness of more Malaysian to know our platform.
- Convince influencers or instagrammers to join our group as Live streamer/ Host from multiple social platforms.
- Coordinates, manage and do training with agencies & Host/ Streamer to reach company's goal.
- Oversees their day-to-day activities including content, performance, strategy and etcs.
- Coordinate department's objectives, timelines and schedules, then prepare related reports.
- Handle ad-hoc issue of live streamers and their salary.
- Brief live streamers about the product knowledge and assist them in solving technical issue if necessary.
- Assist assistance manager and manager in completing tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidates posses with Diploma in Public Relation/ Broadcasting/Business Administrative/International Business and above will be preferred.
- Candidates must be fluent both in writing and speaking (English, Malay, Chinese)
- Basic Knowledge on Microsoft Office is a must.
- Have your own laptop is a must.
- Training provided.
- Must have related working experience in the similar fields (insurance, property and etc)
- Talkative and extrovert is an added advantage.
- Having a broad networking skill is an added advantage.
