JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work closely with CEO and PA.
  • Attend to all aspects of secretary and corporate work.
  • Prepare reports and presentation.
  • Take minutes during meeting.
  • Liaison with Department Heads and coordinate office projects.
  • Highly confidential and private manner.
  • Determine job of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines.
  • Multitask and  can accept any other related duties assigned by CEO.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Min 3-5 years of experience as secretary or similar job.
  • Excellent MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing skills.
  • Good PR skills and flair in communication.
  • Swift in doing work, able to meet tight deadlines and deliver required results.
  • Has a confident, calm, collected, and mature personality.
  • Managing overseeing budgets and expenses.
  • Good in developing internal process and filing system.
