JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Work hand in hand with The design and development team to drive The implementation of new product development.
• Establish technical guidelines, standards, and technical presentations based on customer needs and Engineering research.
• Produce project documentation such as technical reports, system architecture, process flow, operation manual, and preparation of design specifications according to industrial/customers’ requirements.
• Responsible for The design of The system that fits The specification of The industrial standards or customers’ requirements.
• Perform setup, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of The system.
• Coordination of The project execution schedule with team members, third-party vendors, subcontractors, project partners, and customers.
• Conduct market research, analysis & benchmarking to keep abreast of The latest technologies & market trends.
• Maintain, develop, and follow proper system procedures, guidelines, and documentation to achieve systematic and consistent operations.
• Complete any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Employer /  Head of Department.
• Installing and configuring computer/notebook hardware operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshooting system, apps, and network issue.
• Work together with the Technical Support team in troubleshooting product issues reported by clients.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving network, hardware and software issues or faults, and liaise with external IT vendors from time to time.
•  Fundamental understanding of IT concepts regarding hardware and software, networking, data storage, data backups, and monitoring.
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• The candidate must be able to work in a team and independently when required.
• Involve in tender writing, documentation, and reporting.
• Possess own transport.
• Candidate must be willing to work in HQ Bandar 16 Sierra, Puchong & travel all over Malaysia.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
