Work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements and defining design options.
Involve in Change Management activities span from early change planning and audience analysis through to designing and delivering change interventions which includes communications, training, support, organisation alignment, tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback.
In reengineering projects, work closely with the Process Consultants in analysing and reengineering world class business processes.
Deliver high quality, detailed business requirement and process design documentation.
Facilitate workshops with business and technology partners to develop suitable solutions.
Build trusting relationships with internal customers by consistently delivering value add consultancy services and delivery that exceeds expectations and positions the company for sustained success.
Be responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change Management, and Implementation Management.
Degree holder in Business or related discipline.
Proven record of accomplishment as an outstanding analyst, consultant and project manager with solid financial services industry knowledge.
Financial Services or Insurance experiences will be advantaged.
Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects.
Have an excellent knowledge project lifecycle and methodologies.
Exposure to business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits.
Strong experience of delivering change and managing implementation in banking environments.
Proven ability to work with stakeholders and business sponsors.
Certified Business Analyst Professional, Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
Experience of managing resources and can motivate and lead people.
