JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Date stamp, sort, record, and route all incoming materials by hand, courier, registered mail, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate all outgoing mails, record the usage of stamp and courier services. Check and verify office courier service record and invoices.
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment. Monitor and record the usage of office keys, office equipment, building facilities.
  • Perform basic filing, typing, data entry and word processing.
  • Perform stationery order.
  • Update and monitor employees’ leave record, e.g. annual leave, medical leave.
  • Generate employee’s monthly attendance summary, punch card checking, etc.
  • To perform administration task for office facility (eg. Fuel card, office phone, mobile line, internet, courier, photocopier machine and etc.)
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignments as when assigned from time to time.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Willing to work every Saturday (no alternate).
  • Prefer age 28-35 years old.
  • Able to start work ASAP.
  • Presentable, proactive & able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English/ Malay.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel and Power point.
  • Graduated in a relevant field (at least SPM/STPM/Diploma), with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good attitude, positive thinking and committed to excellence.
  • Ability on multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
