JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide telephone-based support to customers on network, internet and software related issues.
• Identify and resolve technical problems based on pre-established guideline & documents.
• Track & monitor issue raised to ensure timely resolution.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI & SLA.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree from any field.
• No minimum working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Training will be provided.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English are required.
• Confident with corresponding with clients over the phone.
• Applicants must be open to work on a Shift rotation basis (8 hours per day/5 days working/ 2 days off)
• Have interest to grow in the IT/ Telecommunication field.
