JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for providing a front-line service for walk-in, transfer-in, specialist referred and corporate client patients who are in the need of general practitioner service, health-screening, or emergency treatment.
• Accurately assess the health needs of the customers with ongoing evaluation and reassessment.
• Collaborate and arrange health service providers to achieve the best health outcome for the customer.
• Provide evidence-based health information and resources to the individual, ensuring appropriate care and advice is obtained.
• Promote health concepts and adaptation of healthy lifestyles for better health outcomes.
• Provide the necessary medical treatment, preventive plan and follow up.
• Conduct health talks.
• To manage case review and case management.
• To conduct teleconsultation for clients and embrace digital health technologies.
• Primarily involves in the medical consultations in the clinic and safeguards the rational prescription of drugs, diagnostics, laboratory tests and further medical follow up.
• Flexibility in taking up any other medical task when appropriate: e.g. exploratory visits/medical needs assessment, mobile clinic consultations and training activities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Possess a medical degree recognized by Malaysia Medical Council (MMC).
• At least five (5) years working experience in the related field.
• Possess current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Able to work independently and efficiently with a team of nurse and allied health staff.
• Required language English and Bahasa Malaysia.
