JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Lead Operation

• Responsible for the overall management spectrum.
• In charge and work closely day-to-day operation managements.
• Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
• Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.

2. Develop Business Strategy

• Set up and establish long, medium and short-term objectives and policies for the Company in accordance with the corporate direction and philosophy.
• Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.
• Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
• Evaluate company’s financial, operational, and sales & marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
• Exhibit leadership by driving business strategy development which involved assessing risks, noting opportunities for expansion, setting overall goals and metrics and proposing projects or systems to move the company forward.
• To increase the visibility of branding to digital platform.
• To provide managerial leadership, coordination and control of the Company operation in order to maximize level of sales, profit contribution and return of investment of the Company.
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring.

3. Establish Revenue

• Establish a high standard for productivity, revenue, sales, quality, customer service as well as define effective policies and guidelines.
• Develop credibility and authority for the finance leadership team by providing accurate analysis of budgets, reports and financial trends and operational procedures in order to assist the BOD and senior executive team.
• Ensure the budgetary and operation processes are consistently attained.
• Manage organizational finances, from resources allocation to cost management especially active with planning, predict short-term and long-term cash requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, International Business or equivalent.
• At least 5-10 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Dynamic leader, meticulous, outgoing disposition, good team-player, possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Execute Presence and ability to maintain calm demeanour in high stress environments.
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Power Point & Word).
• Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills multi-tasker and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good proficiency in written and conversational English and Bahasa.
