Identify new markets for exports and develop new business accounts.
Plan sales campaign to suit with target country and current consumer.
Deal with forwarder for quotation and documentation and ensure smooth delivery to overseas customers.
Negotiate sales terms and meet sales targets.
Email and follow up all leads/ prospects.
Maintains good rapport with customers by providing support, a high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trend.
Responsible for overseas customer inquiries pertaining to quotations, product, sample, registration, shipments, artworks, visitation and payments.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Atleast 2 years experience in international sales.
Possess own transport and able to travel.
Able to communicate in English & Malay, Mandarin is an advantage.
Great communication skills.
