JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify new markets for exports and develop new business accounts.
• Plan sales campaign to suit with target country and current consumer.
• Deal with forwarder for quotation and documentation and ensure smooth delivery to overseas customers.
• Negotiate sales terms and meet sales targets.
• Email and follow up all leads/ prospects.
• Maintains good rapport with customers by providing support, a high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trend.
• Responsible for overseas customer inquiries pertaining to quotations, product, sample, registration, shipments, artworks, visitation and payments.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Atleast 2 years experience in international sales.
• Possess own transport and able to travel.
• Able to communicate in English & Malay, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Great communication skills.
