JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, pitching suitable solutioning and evaluating customer’s financial health; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies process/services improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Ensure all sales target or activities target are achieved on time.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and regulatory compliant.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Must possess at least Pass in SPM qualification with 2 years’ sales experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bahasa Malaysia, English and other dialect are preferred.
  • Passionate and self-driven.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fast learner.
