JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyse and evaluate current SOP and framework, methods, systems and procedures to ensure proper integration, compliance and operational efficiency.
Records and analyses organisations' work flow charts, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
Prepares and recommends proposals to revise methods and procedures, change work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
Assists in implementing approved recommendations, issues revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting necessary documentations.
JOB REQUIREMENT
JOB REQUIREMENT
Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration or Business Management.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the O&M Department as an Executive preferably in the retail industry.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good SOP writing skills and overall understanding on compliance requirements.
Highly committed and detail oriented.
