JOB DESCRIPTION

• To run production according to Job Sheet requirement.
• To achieve Production Efficiency according to our Production Standard Impression (PSI) chart.
• Maintain daily checklist for daily cleaning routine.
• Maintain Printing Block (Nylon) or Die Cut Mould in proper manner and report immediate of any damage.
• Ensure the production processes are under control according to documented procedures and schedule.
• Scan Job Sheet when start or end production.
• Record Colour matching on the Customer Folder.
• To ensure unnecessary material wastage during operation.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure high standard of housekeeping and good layout in the shop floor and related manufacturing areas.
• Ensure safety condition at all time.
• To be aware of schedule wastes (eg. used rags / ink containers) and the proper collection.
• Understand Customers' Needs and Requirements (RoHS, REACH, Green Procurement etc)
• To comply and implement ISO 9001 requirements.
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time by the supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• PMR/SPM (Able to work shift)
• Years relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge to operate machine.
• Must be self-motivated and good initiatives to work and ready to learn new things.
• Able to work overtime/Public Holiday /Rest Day if needed (Rate as per in Malaysia Labour Law)
• Able to drive Forklift will be advantage.
