JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assisting all other chef to ensure that the designated station is properly set up and operating as schedule,
  • Effectively dealing with any operational issues that may arise ensuring standards are not affected,
  • Ensuring the highest standards of production by carrying out “spot checks” of portions and presentation of all food items, taking corrective action when needed,
  • Minimizing food waste by properly storing unused foods,
  • Guaranteeing safety, hygiene and sanitation practices are present at all times, safe storing of raw materials, maintaining cleanliness of all areas, etc,
  • Assuring the adherence to Health and Safety guidelines in terms of food quality, preparation recipes, presentation at all times,


JOB REQUIREMENT

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM
  • Fresh graduate in Food /Beverage had advantage
  • At least 1 year working experience in F&B area
  • Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekend and public holidays
