In-charge for building and office maintenance, including cleanliness, office equipment, office supplies for stationery & refreshment, sanitization, access card system, set-up the meeting rooms if required.
Liaise with external partners .e.g. insurance vendors, property agents, supplier, and ensure legal compliance.
Arrange travel accommodation & flight booking and process expense forms.
Providing administration support in Admin, including staff attendance, company car maintenance & insurance, office tenancy agreement, licenses renewal, insurance management for corporate & employee, other department admin matters.
Any other task or duties that maybe assigned from time to time
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes
Evaluate administrative team members, develop, review, and improve policies, systems and procedures and generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently
Attracting and retaining top talent and streamlining office operations to maximize quality and efficiency
To execute daily administrative duties such as data management and general office administration.
To assist in any and all areas of office administration for daily operations.
To involve and support in company events and activities.
Abilities to prioritize work and follow up with datelines
Perform secretarial duties and handle confidential information with upmost discretion
To perform ad-hoc assignments when required.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Minimum 2 years and above of working experiences in related field is required for this position
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness
Hardworking & Willing to learn in a meticulous attitude
Self-driven and independent to work with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines.
