JOB DESCRIPTION

• To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
• Produce timely/details service reports and document processes
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
   

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Proven field service experience
• Recognized mass/marketing degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
• Driven to do perform cross selling and sales to achieve targets
• Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and
• Mandarin speaker as added advantage.
