To communicate with customers as part of service requirement – main focus to serve customer at front desk and at the same time able to do repair work.
Control and usage of PRONTO (ERP & CRM software).
Produce timely and detailed reports.
To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Proven electrical equipment service experience.
Fresh graduate also acceptable
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
Ability to meet KPIs, SOPs, internal controls, etc.
Proven field service experience
Possess good command of English
Mandarin speaker as added advantage
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
