JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible to perform performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends.
  • Assist Line Manager in analysis & extraction of various system data using SAP BI / PBI for reporting to management.
  • Ensure operation data are updated and accuracy is checked comparing store vs support system.
  • Deep diving into findings in order to have better view of performance reported.
  • Update Manpower List and track on recruitment status.
  • Coordinating retail staff time attendance and leave records.
  • Ensure application and compliance of internal controls and operating procedure.
  • Liaise with HODS in planning, executing, and coordination of training programmes with L&D Dept based on the need of the organization.
  • To perform special task or projects or assignments given by immediate superior as and when required.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Management/Finance/Statistics.
  • Preferably 1 – 2 years of working experience in Administration support functions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge of SAP / Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Reliable and maintain highly confidential information. Sense of urgency, tolerance & flexibility.
  • Willing to learn and multitasking. Good interpersonal skills.
