• Manage online & e-commerce activities about traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting
• Takes on the responsibility of planning and executing new product launches.
• Manage website contents to ensure all pages, products and prices are accurate and updated.
• Plan, develop and implement the strategic plans for marketplaces & online stores to boost e-commerce platform sales.
• Growing business relationships with new and existing customers through excellent customer service
• Conduct sales analysis while identifying new sales growth and potential businesses.
• Provide monthly sales performance and promotion activities update.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree, Master Degree in E-commerce / Marketing / Business Administrations / Mass Communication or any relevant field.
• At least 4-5 years of experiences and exposure in E-commerce sales / Marketing or Experienced in platform management by handling principal account.
• Understand and have Experience in performance media management.
• Brand building/channel marketing experience.
• E-Commerce sales - listing and driving online sales through E-Commerce platforms.
• Experience in E-commerce marketplaces or having exposure in luxury retail can be added advantage.
• Knowledge of the SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop can be a plus point.
