JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in general accounting task and day-to-day operations.
  • Responsible for office administration matter such as filling, scan, photocopy and general office duty.
  • Bookkeeping and general accounting.
  • Simple bookkeeping duties (daily transactions and payment vouchers).
  • Handle accounting tasks such as proper filling of accounting record, preparation of invoice, contracts, claims, et cetera.
  • Assembling, sorting and filing data.
  • Data entry into Accounting System, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate in prepare documents or forms to external parties when required.
  • Providing support to the senior staff.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Update daily reporting on submission of documentation.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Must possess at least SPM Level or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences as an Assistant Admin cum Account.
  • Have basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment such as printer and photocopy machine.
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular)
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Organizational skills and able to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, willing to learn and take on added responsibilities.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Have your own transportation.
  • Immediately hiring.
  • Work 5.5 days.
