- Prepare and serve menu items (bagels, all day breakfast, pasta & sourdough pizza) in accordance with production requirements.
- Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly accordance to the SOP.
- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations and kitchen are properly sanitized.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Plating and presenting meal items as per the Sous Chef instructions.
- Carry out any other duties as required by management.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM.
- Fresh graduate in Food /Beverage are welcome.
- At least 1 year working experience in food/Beverage/Restaurant Service.
- Teamwork, and Passionate about F&B career and keen to advance his/her managerial experience.
- Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekend and public holidays.
- Ability to perform detailed work quickly, safely and able to comply with company SOP.
