Performing in full set of accounts, account payable, account receivable and many more.
Monitor any discrepancies in payment, monitor for charges made on credit cards and record any returns.
Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.
Prepare accounting monthly reports to be presented to director.
Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.
Checking to customers about payments, refunds and statements.
Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time.
Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget
Assist in account payable, billing, receipting, collection, account receivable, reporting, general ledger, record keeping, master data creation and etc.
Assist with audits
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Manage monthly tracking of physical inventory
Perform credit checks
Assist with data entry
Performing in administrative works such as push order customer, update daily sales and etc.
Monitor stock in and stock out of product when arrived.
Handling customer in catering order (wedding, engagement and etc)
Assist in filing and administrative works and etc.
Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any business discipline.
Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
Fast learner and being active in presenting financial matters.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday, located in Batu Caves.
Fresh graduate are welcomed.
