JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Advertising
- To guide executives in developing and managing effective marketing plans to achieve project’s business plan goals.
- To lead the team in dealing with creative agencies to ensure the creative development process is aligning with campaign’s objective.
- To manage respective suppliers on all marketing collaterals and promotional materials to ensure a smooth execution.
- To interpret and analyse campaigns post report, understanding of key metrics / measurements that the campaigns deliver as well as its return on investment.
- Analytical focus on measuring marketing project, ROI and ability to synthesis findings.
2. Media Planning
- To manage yearly media, plan for both online and offline campaigns.
- To control media spending, including ROI, effectiveness for internal organisations and external exposure.
- To coordinate with media agencies to ensure the media plans deliver its planned deliverables and projected return of investment.
3. Brand Event Management
- To plan and propose branding-building event to ensure that events and programs align / integrate with campaign goals. This may include: the strategic plan for event, communication plan for segment and executives, budget creation and approval, content facilitation, logistical planning – 3rd party vendor management.
- To justify event budgets, calendars and competitive research for assigned events.
- To manage issues that arise during planning and execution using creativity and good judgement.
4. Brand Health Management
- To lead yearly brand health survey that measure the brand positioning and the effectiveness of branding campaigns to ensure that brand journey is aligned with company vision and direction.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or any other related field Required Skill(s) / Knowledge(s): Negotiation and influencing, Financial Acumen, Stakeholder Management, Ability to think creatively and innovatively, Project Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of advertising and media practices.
- In tune with market conditions as well as demographic and media landscape.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Proficient in MS Office application.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
