JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyse air conditioning products including the functions, parts, electricity consumption rate, and etc.
• Design for the service processes and SOP.
• Develop the service kit to ensure completeness of equipment for professional service work.
• Develop and implement the installation and repair guide for the technician and service personnel reference.
• Investigate and analyse after sales cases and implement solutions.
• Develop related training materials on products, installation, maintenance and relevant SOP.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong knowledge and experience in air conditioning industry.
• Required skill(s) & knowledge: MS Office application, analytical skills, strong verbal and written skills in English, able to think creatively and innovatively.
