JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor quality control activities (incoming, in-process and out-going).
• Establishes and maintains a record-keeping system for all production label operations regarding volume, damages, safety incidents, productivity, etc.
• Ensure plant and operations is in total compliance to the FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Liaise with certification bodies, authority and customers' audit.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits according to the ISO standard.
• Execute HACCP analysis on any new process/equipment related to process.
• Evaluate & monitor supplier product quality or performance and provide feedback to the internal team.
• Calibration for internal and external equipment as and when required.
• Coordinate in-house / 3rd party lab product testing.
• Assist in handling customer audit and RFI/RFQ new supplier's questionnaire.
• In assist in investigating customer complaints or supplier defects and following up with corrective actions.
• To do plan improvement for process flow that provided by HOD.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma OR Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 is an added advantage.
• At least one (1) years of working experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Candidate with experience in Manufacturing / Production Operations will be at an advantage.
• Possess essential knowledge in production planning.
• Able to meet tight dateline.
• Good team player, good problem-solving skills, and able to adapt to change.
• Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
