JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To assist handling HR administration.
  • To assist set up HR policy, procedures and structure.
  • To assist end-to-end recruitment process.
  • To assist staff training and HRD Corp grant application.
  •  To assist payroll process, staff claim and overtime.
  • To assist in office administration task.
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource.
  • Experience in relevant experience HR management and/or administration.
  •  Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good interpersonal & communication.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
