Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned restaurant clients and maintain regular communication to understand their needs and challenges
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support
Manage client accounts and contracts, including renewals and upselling opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure successful delivery of products and services
Provide regular reporting and analysis of client performance to management and contribute to the development of strategies and plans to increase customer satisfaction and retention
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma in any fields
At least 1 year experience in related field
Able to speak Malay & English
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
