JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned restaurant clients and maintain regular communication to understand their needs and challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional  customer service and support
• Manage client accounts and contracts, including renewals and upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure successful delivery of products and services
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of client performance to management and contribute to the development of strategies and plans to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma in any fields
• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Able to speak Malay & English 
• Proven experience in account management, customer service, or related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
