JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle day to day operations of invoicing, issuing and preparing accounts statement for customers.
Perform daily filling of documents.
To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
On the job training provided.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in PowerPoint & Excel will be an advantage).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
Experience and/ or knowledge on bookkeeping and filing would be an advantage.
Willing to learn & pick up new things.
Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
Able to work independent.
Proficient in written & spoken in English.
Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills.
Possess good interpersonal skills.
Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Having a cheerful personality, friendly & polite.
