To improve outlets sales performance in order to achieve sales target by structuring and planning an effective promotion, ensuring products quantity, quality, and product display in the outlets are in good order.
To ensure and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed at each outlet daily operations.
To provide outlet’s operational support, guidance to staff and provide staffs’ performance review and feedback to management.
To support for new outlet setup and maintain good relationship with business partner; to assist partner or outlet PIC needs and requirement when needed.
To support and improve sales of the outlets & provide customer service support if needed.
To handle stock data compilation, checking, invoice billing and payment collections of partners.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2-year retail experience.
Basic of bakery products / cashiering / customer service skill.
Good communication skills to sell and promote the products to customers.
Able to work independently and have spirit of team work.
Willing to work on shifts, long hour or Public Holiday.
Must possess own transport.
