JOB DESCRIPTION

• Declaration of Imp & Exp shipments by using the appropriate tariff codes on behalf of customer to Malaysian Royal Custom.
• Follow up for the complete documents with customer if any which is still pending.
• Prepare Draft Custom Form (K1, K2, K8, K9, ZB1, ZB2, ZB4) and seek confirmation to proceed by customers.
• Prepare payment request for the Custom Duty / Tax / Cess with Account Dept to arrange payment payable to Malaysian Royal Custom.
• Update the tracking status of each shipment in our company in-house system.
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in related field.
• FRESH GRADUATES / ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS are encouraged to apply.
• Ability in spoken and written in language in English.
• At least 2-3 Year(s) working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and outlook will be added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
