JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leads and executes the creation of education videos for the communication and education of organization agents as well as internal staff.
• Coordinates with the Education team under Customer Care and respective departments, develops education materials, particularly in digital format (video), ensuring communication and education training materials of each department can be imparted effectively.
• Organizes and assigns video-making, from pre-production to post-production tasks, ensuring each video is produced within the agreed timeline.
• Assists in pre-production of video projects, ensuring that videos are produced at minimal cost and meet Coway standard.
• Adopts industry best practices for video production projects on technical specifications (equipment, lighting, sound, etc) of the video, to meet Coway standard.
• Reviews and improves Education Training video contents from time to time, by consulting/seeking feedback from Education and other departments, ensuring contents deliverable are relevant, effective and timely for organization agents.
• Improvesinternal process on pre and post-production tasks including footage review, editorial decisions, computer graphics and effects, ensuring impactful messaging as well as corporate alignment.
• Coordinates with team lead, produces and coordinates video-making, for product launches, campaigns and seasonal events, ensuring effective and impactful to attract attention of potential and existing customers.
• Coordinates and facilitates video support for inter-departments such as internal and external campaigns materials to promote Coway within organizations or external customers.
• Provides advice to colleagues when necessary, particularly in video solutions to achieve optimal results.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma in digital video, film, TV & video production, mass communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of video production experience or related field.
• Experience in operating DSLR camera for video recording.
• Experience in team/studio leader capacity.
• Good interpersonal skills, influence skills and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
