JOB DESCRIPTION

• In charge of customer’s requirements: machine model’s yield rate, quality management, RMA maintenance, auditing.
• QBR no.1.
• Job planning according to customer’s actual need; the work orientation is to increase customer’s satisfaction.
• Masters quality of workshop, make quality related plan according to actual circumstances.
• Assure that the quality of the products to meet customer’s requirements.
• Supervise and advice the working circumstances and the working standard of section personnel.
• Timely and effectively improve staff’s feedback.
• Deal with customer’s complaints timely and effectively.
• Suggest effective improvement measures for precautions of abnormality.
• Planning Skills: Ensure management details and goals, and to achieve those goals.
• Organizational Skills: Determine job content and sort them by characteristics, build top-down accountability relationships step by step, to ensure the management channel within the section is smooth.
• Commanding Skills: Transfer and coordinate section personnel to complete tasks as per requested.
• Controlling Skills: Inspect, control, and adjust each measures of command work, which includes building and applying motivational mechanism, and rewards and punishment mechanism.
• Complete tasks assigned by superior.
• Cooperate with the relevant unit to improve yield rate and external review that does not meet the target.
