JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To provide full spectrum of business, secretarial and administrative support with Highly Confidential to Top Management.
  • To assist Top Management in resolving problems by monitoring the work progress closely and highlighting the risks observed and anticipated.
  • To plan business meetings and company events as well as taking minutes during meeting.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Calendar managements including scheduling appointments, meetings or events.
  • Travelling arrangements including car rental, flight ticket, accommodation booking, etc.
  • Communicate with all level regularly including internal, external parties on various subject.
  • Drafting and writing high quality letters, agreements, reports, presentation materials and proposals as required.
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for social media channels, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  • Meticulous in proofreading with correct spelling and perfect grammar for all documents.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system the secures confidential files.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Able to think creatively and translate ideas into copy.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and Private and Confidential assignments that assigned by Top Management.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate with Law Background would be a great advantage.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Required language(s): Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia (Excellent in English writing and Proficiency in Mandarin is advantage).
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Well Organized, detail oriented and flexible with strong decision-making ability.
  • Preferably candidates with immediate availability.
