JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
  • Focus on collection, sending & submission of documentation to clients' office and government agencies (Daily basis)
  • Cooperating with other office staff in completing other requirement.
  • Organizing, maintaining, sorting records and files.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Must possess own transportation (Motorcycle)
  • Have driving license (Transport using company's car)
  • High school graduate with basic office skills.
  • Experience in clerical activities is an added advantage.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
