JOB DESCRIPTION

• To provide IT related supports upon user requests. If needed, discussion should take place with superior.
• To be on stand-by during off office hours for any emergency supports.
• Responsible to maintain good conditions of all hardware and software. Software and hardware database have to be updated from time to time.
• Responsible to install or upgrade hardware or software for users.
• Responsible to customize users’ reports.
• Provide helpdesk supports to end-users.
• To test on newly developed software from any open sources before distributing for official use.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma in IT or Computer Science related fields.
• At least 1 to 2 years related working experience.
• Programming skill (SQL, Visual Basic, HTML / ASP)
• Report Writing (Crystal Report)
• Networking knowledge.
• Basic ERP knowledge.
• Hardware configurations.
• Basic software installations.
• Basic Office Applications (e.g. MS Office) knowledge.
