JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in implementing system/ software for internal usage (CMMS, HRMS, etc.)
• Assist in being a system Administrator/ Master (CMMS & HRMS, etc.)
• Develop expertise in system/ software, and to train internal staff.
• Assist in maintaining system/ software training program.
• Assist in providing support for system/ software (CMMS & HRMS, etc.)
• Supports internal/external ISO 9001 audits and inspections as part of audit/inspection management team.
• Assist Quality Management Representative (QMR) in ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Assist in ensuring the implementation of company Process, Standard Operation Procedure, Guidelines are in place and effective.
• Develop expertise in company ISO 9001 Quality Management System (Process, Standard Operation Procedure, Guidelines etc.) and use the expertise to train internal staff.
• Assist and reviewing QMS policies or procedures.
• Assist in managing and facilitating quality documentation system.
• Assist in Quality & System Development Department internal projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum a diploma in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Required Language: Malay and English.
• Proficient in both written and verbal presentation and communication skills. Able to communicate openly and with clarity while interacting with people at various levels of the organization. This is important as from time-to-time you will have to carry out trainings.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. This is important.
• Having eagerness to learn and thirst to understand more and more.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and undertake tasks on a timely & proactive manner.
• aving high self-initiative attitude.
• An advantage if you have experience in using/ implementing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Human Resource Management System (HRMS), or any software of its kind.
• An advantage if you have experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
