JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible in complying with and meet with the company's policies and requirements.
• Responsible for reporting to the Production Executive in shifts.
• Reporting to DCS Technicians in the absence of a Production Executive on duty.
• Responsible to ensure that the cooling process in plant are operated efficiently and safe.
• Assisting for Production Executive to take sampling processes, raw materials and products as prescribed and dealing with laboratories on sample testing.
• Responsible for the maintenance and preparation of added materials according to specified specifications.
• Dealing with Warehouse staff in receiving/producing raw materials and waste materials (VOR).
• Responsible in ensuring the process plant and tank areas operate efficiently, safely and within the requirements of the GMP.
• To assist executives and supervisors in matters pertaining to safety in the plant.
• Responsible in adopting a 5s work culture in the workplace.
• Responsible in ensuring compliance with environmental care activities through ISO 14001 system.
• As as Fire brigade members in the shift.
• To self-engage in First Level of maintenance work.
• To Issue repair work orders for and support with repair work when necessary.
• Responsible with work area cleanliness and assist with repair work when necessary.
• Responsible for implementing and complying with ISO 9002 work procedures within the working area.
• Responsible for learning and enhancing knowledge in all aspects related to the operation of the processing plant.
• Helps to ensure the efficiency of the operation of the treatment plant during the absence of the technician of the treatment plant.
• To Assist DCS Technicians in ensuring smooth control process in the operation room.
• To Perform other work when directed or requested.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Professional Certificate, Diploma In Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
• SPM / SPMV or 1-2 years of work experience.
• Experienced in vegetable oil distillation plant would be added advantage.
• Able to work in vegetable oil / manufacturing and willing to work in shift environment.
