JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Performing administrative and clerical duties: maintain files and organise documents. (Only if attend to office)
  • Managing email: Create email for promoting purpose and replying email.
  • Participation: attending and participating in meeting, workshop and events. (Virtually during MCO)
  • Collecting and Analyzing Data: Create questionaire or feedback forms to conduct survey and identify customer trends.
  • Managing social media platform: designing social media post and creating strategy for your posts to optimise engagement.
  • Making cold calls: identify potential client and making sales appointment.
  • Sales approach: able to make appointment and do sales presentation and follow up client efficiently.
  • Problem solving: liaise with service provider for accurate information to solve client's problem.
  • Initiating in maintaining client relationship: provide comprehensive service that beyond client's expectations to maintain excellent relationship.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
  • Energetic and creative.
  • Hardworking and self-discipline.
  • Able to work in team and independently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
