JOB DESCRIPTION

• To improve our existing daily operations flow to be more effective, efficient and cost saving.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner.
• Resolve customers’ technical issues and provide feedback and analysis.
• Responsible for monitoring customers’ payment status.
• Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Age min 23-45 years old.
• Able to report work at Damansara Damai office.
• Possess valid driving license.
• Willing to travel (Klang Valley) and enjoy meeting people.
• Possess reasonably good computer knowledge & IT skills.
• Outgoing & positive attitude.
• Able to handle pressure from Management & Clients.
