JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the overall overall planning and coordination of the warehouse, inventory, and full life cycle links.
• The layout of the warehouse is planned, the storage space is optimized, the picking path is reasonable, and the human efficiency is improved.
• Establish a high-efficiency new employee training mechanism, process operations, and have problems to check.
• Understand the quality status of the stored materials, avoid over-storage, shortage, destruction, waste, etc., to ensure the safety of inventory goods.
• Improve various processes and standards of warehouse management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above.
• Have more than 7 years of warehouse management experience, WMS, ERM system use experience, e-commerce warehouse management experience, lead a staff of about 100 people, the warehouse management area is more than 3000 square meters.
• Skill requirements: Excellent learning ability and good communication skills, and know how to develop and motivate team members.
• Quality requirements: have a strong sense of responsibility, psychological endurance and teamwork spirit, have a strong sense of self-driven for success, and be loyal to the team.
