JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing trouble shooting and support services for track and trace solutions.
• Installation of System/IT hardware & devices.
• Install and configure software and their functions according to specifications.
• Check and maintain the hardware and devices.
• Ensure security and privacy of computer systems and network.
• Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes.
• Inventory Management.
• Assist in the operations and implementation of track and trace projects onsite.
• Assist in customer service and provide level 2 and 3 support.
• Reporting to Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Working experience as System/IT Technician, software/network engineer, track & trace solutions.
• Knowledge on RFID & GPS solutions.
• Qualification in IT Systems, network, engineering (technician) or similar relevant field.
• Problem solver and attention to details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability in organizational and time-management.
• Hands on experience with diverse computer systems, network/communication devices.
